Safety note: Jump starters deal with high current. Follow the manufacturer's clamp order and engine-size limits; check the manual before use.
Verdict
The most amps per dollar in this group, with the longest warranty. The missing IP rating and vague port specs are why it does not sweep every category; truck owners on a budget should still look here first.

Frequently asked questions
Is the GP4000 waterproof?
GOOLOO does not publish an IP rating for it. Keep it dry and out of standing water; if you need a rated enclosure, NOCO publishes IP65 on its Boost line.
Can I jump a frozen or damaged battery?
Do not. Manufacturer guides across the category warn against jump-starting frozen or damaged batteries; let the battery thaw and inspect it for cracks or leaks first.
What if the clamps are connected backwards?
GOOLOO lists reverse-polarity protection; the smart cable blocks output until the clamps are corrected.
